What were the requirements for the furniture, and how did the implementation go? Mgr. Aleš Vrtal, Director of the Municipal Cultural Centre Holešov, shares his experience.

What role does the Grand Hall play in the life of the castle?
The Grand Hall is one of the cultural hubs of Holešov. It hosts concerts and balls, as well as discussions, lectures, and social events.

What inspired the choice of furniture for this space, and how was the supplier selected?
The chairs were chosen by my predecessor, based on positive experience with them at the Zlín Congress Centre. Key criteria were comfort and aesthetics. The colour was also important — it needed to harmonise with the historical character of the hall.

How do you evaluate the implementation process, and what aspects of the new chairs are most important to you?
Everything went smoothly, and we’re very satisfied with how the chairs fit into the overall look of the hall. They’re comfortable, and above all, easy to handle — which is essential for our daily operation.

What are your upcoming plans for the castle’s operation?
Holešov Castle is both a great challenge and an endless source of inspiration. We’re always striving to move forward. Our current focus is to successfully manage the upcoming tourist and visitor season.
